Dr. Elizabeth M. Tully, M.D., F.A.P.A. is an associate clinical professor of psychiatry at the University of California, Riverside School of Medicine and a staff psychiatrist specializing in child and adolescent psychiatry with Riverside University Health System.

She is a fellow with the American Psychiatric Association, a diplomate in child psychiatry and general psychiatry with the American Board of Psychiatry & Neurology, and a member of the American Association of Directors of Psychiatry Residency Training, and the American Psychiatric Association. She has an APA Certificate in Administration and has worked as  a manuscript reviewer for the journal Academic Psychiatry.

She graduated from Wayne State University in Detroit, Michigan, with a B.S. in psychology, then earned her M.S. in biology. She attended the University of Turin Medical School in Turin, Italy, then completed her residency in psychiatry at the University of Louisville in Louisville, Kentucky. She completed her fellowship in child and adolescent psychiatry at the University of Utah in Salt Lake City.

Most recently Tully was the  psychiatry training director at Kaweah Delta in Visalia, California. She has also previously held academic appointments at the University of California, Davis School of Medicine, the University of Nevada School of Medicine, the University of New Mexico, the David Geffen School of Medicine at UCLA, and the University of Washington.

Research Interests

Her interests include prodromal and first episode psychosis, neurodevelopmental disorders, education and administration.
