The UCR Health COVID-19 Vaccine Clinics are now open to the general public through June 4, 2021.
The clinic is open on Fridays from 9 to 11 a.m. at the School of Medicine Education Building on the campus of UC Riverside. The vaccination is available at no cost to everyone, aged 18-and-over. You do not have to be a UCR Health patient or a student or employee of UC Riverside to be vaccinated.
UCR students who have not yet been fully vaccinated are encouraged to participate.
UCR Health currently offers both first and second shots of the two-dose Moderna vaccine. Individuals who have received their first shot elsewhere may get their second shot at the UCR Health Clinic. UCR will also offer first shots of the Moderna vaccine to individuals on April 30 and May 7 and will schedule second shots at the final two scheduled clinics on May 28 and June 4.
The Johnson & Johnson vaccine, which is administered in a single shot, may be available on or after May 7, pending UC Health approval. This story will be updated when the J&J vaccine is available.
Individuals wishing to be vaccinated may make an appointment for the April 30 and May 7 clinics by calling 1-844-827-6827, then pressing option #4 and then option #2. Appointments for all available dates may also be made online at the https://campusreturn.ucr.edu/vaccines website.
Walk-ups will be accepted, but appointments are encouraged
Complimentary parking is available in Parking Lot 10, across the street from the SOM Education Building.
